In 2003, Ko Soe Soe began teaching drums at the Gitameit Music Center and played drums for numerous local singers' albums. In the same year, he started learning jazz music. In 2005, he performed at the "Rent Opera Music Concert" organized by the American Center. In 2006, he played at the French Singing Competition organized by the French Cultural Center and at the Japanese Singing Competition organized by the Japanese Embassy. That same year, he also performed at the ASEAN Rock Festival Singapore concert, playing alongside Phyu Phyu Kyaw Thein at Hard Rock Singapore.
In 2007, he played at the "Classic Meets Jazz" concert at the Strand Hotel, performing with German jazz musicians. In 2009, he played at various jazz concerts in Yangon. In 2010, he performed at the "Halloween Night Opera Concert" at the Strand Hotel. In 2011, he formed a jazz trio and played at hotels and jazz bars. In 2013, he became a drum instructor at Legacy Music Academy, and in 2014, he formed the Bamboo Trio Jazz Band, which he continues to perform with to this day.
In 2022, he performed with the Bamboo Trio at the ASEAN-Indian Music Festival in New Delhi. He has also performed at the International Jazz Festival in Yangon from 2014 to 2023.
