Philip Min Min Htoo is a well-known saxophonist in Myanmar who began learning the saxophone in 2005. He has been active as a saxophonist since 2012, and his life is deeply immersed in playing various genres of music, particularly Classical, Pop, Blues, and Jazz.

In 2012, Philip had his first experience with Jazz through the concert "Classic Meets Jazz," conducted by Goesta Mueller. This event marked the beginning of his journey into Jazz music. From that time on, he had the privilege of participating in Jazz workshops held at Gitameit Music Center, the American Center, and other venues, which provided him with valuable opportunities to learn and perform Jazz.

In 2017, he attended the Jazz Conference at Mahidol University in Thailand. The Jazz workshops, where he had the chance to learn from international Jazz musicians, had a significant impact on his understanding and appreciation of Jazz. Since then, Philip has enjoyed playing Jazz music with both local and international Jazz players at various events and occasions.
